Navratri - A world biggest Dance festival !!!

Navratri, as the name indicates, is the nine days celebrtion of the Hindu Festival. Dedicated to the nine forms of Goddess Amba, praying for strength to over come evil. 

Celebrated with great reverance and faith across the country. There are many enthrilling legend associated with the celebration of the festival in different parts of India. In West Bangal it is celebrated as Durga Pooja where in North India it takes the form of  Dussehra celebrating God Rama's victory over the evil king Ravana. 

Although celebrated all over India, Gujarati's Navratri festival " is circle of esctacy " that throbs nonstop for nine-nights with million of fantastically costumed divotees swaying in a fusion of dance and joy.

A legendry  unique folk dance form of Gujarat is Garba, also has variation with Dandiya Raas. Every year Navratri fest bring in innovtion in music, choreography and costumes enthralling audiences with its beauty and cultural tradition. 

Gujarat, where life itself is celebration. Navratri exhibits the rich cultural and heritage of the state.

Rd Fm launched its most awaited music compilation ‘#RedRaas’.In order to preserve the culture and tradition of #Navratri, in sync with modern times, India’s super-hit radio station #RedFM launches its fifth edition of ‘#Redraas’.

The 93.5 Red FM team created a novel concept for Navratri celebrations called ‘RedRaas’. The melodious tunes of Navratri were making way for crass remixes, hence it was necessary to maintain the originality of the festival as well as reflect the current trends. The radio station approached revered poets to revise some of the most popular Navratri numbers by incorporating modern scenarios.

Daawat E Ishq

It was another remarkable day in the epic history of Vishalla, where the two glittering stars of Bollywood Aditya Roy Kapur and Parineeti Chopra turned up in the sizzling afternoon of 14th September, during the promotional tour of their upcoming movie "Daawat E Ishq" releasing on September 19, 2014. Aditya Roy Kapur is an an acting as chef in the movie.

It was enthralling to see two stars enjoying authentic gujarati cuisine prepared by the master chef of Vishalla specially for these stars. Parineeti, a woman of substance revealed her culinary interest about gujarati food. She loved the taste of Gujarati Daal and Jalebi. Aditya also had words of praise for gujarati food and miniature village look of Vishalla.

Overwhelmed by the flavour, the actors honored, the chef Ramesh Maharaj, an apron embossed 'Daawat E Ishq Food Yatra' on it.

The audience were spellbound by their presence as the two cinestars had a conversation with the reporter of almost all TV channels and newspapers.

Vishalla, the proud host of this gala event bid adieu to the stars in the evening, wishing them good luck for upcoming movie Daawat E Ishq.
